An important member of refrigerator-CONDENSER

I believe that when you go to the market or have a meal in a restaurant, you will notice that there is a black object on the back of the freezer, it is composed of many “U” type wires. This is our wire tube condenser, which is an important member of refrigerator.

Steel wire coil condenser is also known as wire tube condenser. Its snake coil is welded by coil welding of thin steel plate coated with copper. Steel wire with a diameter of 1.5 ~ 2mm is uniformly welded on both sides of the coil to dissipate heat, as shown in the following figure.  This condenser has the advantages of small volume, light weight, good heat dissipation effect and easy to do mechanized production.  The following is the production process of wire tube condenser. Let's take a look at how it is produced:

1.Dressing and cutting of raw materials.  Coils of Bundy pipe are threaded straight through a machine and then bent.  The coils of wire are straightened by the machine and cut exactly to the required length.

2. Wire tube condenser forming.  Steel coils and bent Bundy tubes are placed on top of the fixed mold and placed into the machine for wire welding.

3. Bend the shaped silk pipe, fold it into layers, and then fix it, install the bracket, and fix the air hood.

4.Welding copper pipe, water inspection, transfer on electrophoresis for cleaning, baking, painting.

5.Repair the place where the paint is not sprayed, install the rubber sleeve, and inflate the air to keep the pressure.

6.Packing. Carton+wooden pallet.
