Working principle of copper filter drier

1. Excess water in the adsorption pipeline to prevent ice blocking failure and reduce the corrosion of water on the refrigeration pipeline;

2. Filter the impurities in the refrigeration pipeline, such as dust, metal dandruff, and various oxides to prevent impurities from entering the compressor to fail.

Raw Material:

Body shell:Cu-DHP

Molecular Sieves:100% XH-9

Screen:200mesh

Wall thickness:0.35mm-0.80mm

Ends:Sealed with caps or rubber plug.

Single inlet type:

The diameter could be 16 ~ 29mm and the length is 80 ~ 160mm. There is a port on both ends, and the thicker ends are the entrance to connect the condenser. The thinner end is connected to the capillary of the outlet

Inlet/outlet:6.5mm/2.5mm,other size can be made on request.

Double inlet type:

Double inlet filter driers are different from single inlet filter driers, and it has two connections. One of the inlet is used to connect to the condenser, and the other is used as a process pipe port; the outlet end is connected to the capillary.
