There are many types of insulating sheets, and rubber insulating sheets are one of them. In our modern process construction, the rubber insulation sheet is a very common material, which has many advantages. It has many characteristics that other materials do not have, for example, it can prevent fire, and it is also cheaper than other material. It can be said  one high quality and inexpensive product that can meet people's desire to save money, so it can get good applications in many situations. How do we choose the insulation sheet? It can be used as a reference from the following six aspects:

(1)Green environmental protection: It does not contain atmospheric harmful chlorine fluoride and meets the international environmental protection certification requirements of ISO 14000. And, harmful pollutants will not be produced during installation and application.

(2) Low thermal conductivity: insulation sheet must use high quality thermal insulation and energy-saving materials,which is buster of cold insulation, heat insulation and anti-condensation. In that case, the thermal conductivity of insulation sheet is low and stable, and has isolation effect to any thermal medium. 

(3) Good fire protection performance:  insulation sheet should use GB8624 B1 class flammable materials which is in line with the national standard GB8624 "Building Materials Combustion Performance Analysis" . The B1 rubber insulation sheet has a good elasticity, so it can greatly reduce the vibration and resonance of frozen water and hot water pipes during use. And it can prevent mold growth, avoid pests or mice to bite, are resistant to acid and alkali, and has superior performance. These properties make the rubber insulation sheet to prevent pipelines from being corroded by atmospheric media or industrial environments so that it is an ideal insulation material for the protection of pipelines . Besides, the B1 rubber insulation sheet has excellent fire resistance and flame retardant effect.

(4) Closed-bubble structure: If the rubber insulation sheet is a closed bubble structure, the water in the outside air is difficult to penetrate into the material. This kind insulation sheet has excellent anti-water vapor penetration ability, so there is no need to add steam layer to cold insulation layer appearance.

(5) High-grade,uniform and beautiful appearance: good insulation sheet has a high elasticity and smooth surface, and its texture is soft. Even if it is installed on irregular components such as curved pipes, three-pass, valves, etc., it can maintain integrity and beauty.

(6) Appropriate Price: The market is becoming more and more competitive. If you are a wholesale and retail merchant, the price of the goods is very important to you. The right price does not mean low price, because very low price can not guarantee the quality of the insulation sheet. The appropriate price refers to the relatively cheap price based on the good- quality product.
