A lot of equipment or project are required for thermal insulation, such as building exterior wall insulation system can be used for thermal insulation rubber foam sheet. But how about the pipe insulation? Rubber foam insulation tube is dedicated for piping equipment insulation materials. Rubber foam insulation tube has excellent performance of all rubber insulating materials, and it is a good insulating material.

The Insulation pipe insulation materials uses NBR (Nitrile-butadiene rubber) and PVC as main raw material for foaming and become a fully closed cell of flexible rubber insulation materials, without any fiber materials, HCHO and CFCS which are bad for the ozonosphere. Rubber foam insulation pipe is B1 class fireproof material, so it is also known as flame retardant rubber plastic insulation pipe. The application scope of rubber insulation pipe includes insulation of pipeline equipment in various fields, and the requirements for its specifications and sizes are not the same.

How to choose the insulation tube? 1, we need to select products. Although rubber foam insulation is the same, the difference between organic insulation and inorganic insulation is very large. We should find out the appropriate insulation pipe for use according to the specific situation of the material.

2, we should also pay attention to the selection of pipe body, basically speaking, for insulation tube selection, the tube thickness is inseparable. And generally it is a concept that the worse the environment, the thicker the insulation pipe we need. For example, the higher the air temperature, the thicker the insulation pipe will be.

5, Fire retardant, far away from fire. The fire protection grade of thermal insulation material is determined according to the fire resistance limit of the material. The fire protection grade generally includes B1, B2 and B3 grade.

6.The rubber foam insulation tube is soft and resilience is high. Thermal insulation material is soft and flexible, which can adapt to various working conditions.

7.Strong resistance to water vapor penetration. Complete isolation from water vapor, no water absorption, no condensation, can effectively prevent water vapor infiltration, moisture-proof and heat preservation.

8, when installing and connecting rubber foam insulating pipes, we should pay attention to our own glue problem. This glue is very important. Only if the glue is good, can we make the insulation pipes seamlessly connected, thus having better insulation effect. If the glue is not passed,even the insulation tube is best, still not have good effect.

Our insulation tube material is made of vulcanized foam, which has uniform foaming, high foam closure rate, delicate foam holes and elastic handle. The number of independent foam holes per unit area is 4-10 times that of ordinary rubber-plastic. When the average temperature is 0 C, its thermal conductivity is only 0.035W/ (M. K), and its thermal insulation performance is excellent. Class B1 flame retardancy, good fire resistance and high safety index. The moisture resistance factor is as high as 8000, which has strong water vapor permeability and long service life. The material is soft, easy to install and fast.
