     Today we mainly talk about the condenser of refrigerator, refrigerator condenser is a device for abstracting heat, as in a refrigeration unit, which is an apparatus for reducing gases to their liquid or solid form by the abstraction of heat.

The name is from condenser material: condenser normal product by steel tube (you can also call it Bundy tube). The steel tube normal coated with copper or coated with zinc, this can protect the steel from rust. The tube sizes diameter 4.76 x thickness 0.6mm, diameter 6 x thickness0.7mm, diameter6.35 x thickness0.7mm or diameter 8 x thickness0.7mm can be fund in the market. Except steel tube, to make the condenser also need low carbon steel wire. The steel wire diameter normal 1.1mm, 1.2mm,1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm or 1.6mm; Some time also need bracket: install on the condenser to make their workers easily install to refrigerator.

      Fridge condenser working principle: after the condenser absorb the heat from refrigerant emission when the air flow at outside of tube , the density changes caused by the free flow of air and constantly take refrigerant vapor condensation heat. It does not need any fan motor, also no noise. And usual use on small refrigeration unit. The heat in the refrigerant should be absorbed by something. That is the condenser job. If you mean to ask how the refrigerant is condensed, the answer is 'By convection' between the black wire casing that is on back of your refrigerator and the atmosphere.

     In general the Boiling point of the liquid say water increases with increase in pressure. Thus temperature at which cooking can be done is increased henceforth making it quick by three times.Similarly decreasing pressure less than Atmospheric pressure decreases the boiling point of the liquid.Refrigerant drops down furthermore with decrease in pressure. The whole idea is to decrease boiling point of a refrigerant furthermore so that it can absorb the temperature from surroundings(Refrigeration) and vaporize into gas. So this is how it working.
