Thermostat temperature control and use

A Temperature Controller is a device that is used to control a heater or other equipment by comparing a sensor signal with a set point and performing calculations according to the deviation between those values.

 Devices that can handle sensor signals other than for temperature, such as humidity, pressure, and flow rate, are called Controllers. Electronic controllers are specifically called Digital  Temperature Controllers.

 Temperature Control Temperature Controllers control temperature so that the process value will be the same as the set point, but the response will differ due to the characteristics of the controlled object and the control method of the Temperature Controller

Principle performance: when the temperature of the controlled object changes, the working fluid inside the temperature-sensing cylinder of the temperature controller will produce the physical phenomenon of expansion on heat and contraction on cooling correspondently and expand and contract with the sylph on connecting temperature-sensing cylinder and capillary. Then drive the switch on and off operation through the lever principle to achieve the purpose of temperature control.
