Wire tube condenser is mainly used for refrigerator, the refrigerator wire tube condenser, unlike its name, is one of the components of a complex refrigeration system, but the essence of its components is belong to the heat exchanger. When the refrigerator wire on tube condenser is working, it can convert the gas inside the freezer or gas such as steam into liquid, and then the heat in the tubes of the refrigerator will be transmitted to the air through the whole pipe. Therefore, strictly speaking, the working process of the refrigerator wire tube condenser is actually a heat dissipation process. When the refrigerator is working, it will inevitably encounter a fever situation, so the refrigerator condenser is absolutely indispensable.
Our New Factory is located at No. 368 Kangyang Road. There are three main buildings. The building in south is mainly for the production and packaging workshop for roll bond evaporator and condenser. The production workshop for roll bond evaporator is located on the first floor. The condenser production line is located on the third floor. The second floor is mainly for packaged. the two buildings in north are office and the workshop for condensers, and the main workshop for plate condensers and shutters is on the first floor behind the south building, the restaurant is in a same building.Pictures are as follows:

The refrigerator condenser is mainly have three type: Louver condenser,wire tube condenser and internal-mounted condenser. The wire tube condenser is made of bundy tubes and steel wire tubes, it is to increase the heat dissipation area. Generally, the diameter of a bundy tube is 5-6 mm, the steel wire tube diameter is about 1.5 mm, and the steel wires pitch is about 4-5 mm. the heat tansfer efficiency of wire tube condenser is better than louver condenser, and its strength and rigidity are also better. Refrigerators made in Japan and China usually use wire tube condenser.
The production process of the wire tube condenser is about 12 stages. Detailed explanations are as follows:
1.trimmed and cut the raw materials. rolled bundy tubes are straightened by machines and then bent. The rolled steel wires are straightened by machine and then cut to the steel wires in required length. The diameter of the wire is not the same.

2.moulding the wire tube condenser. The steel wires and the bent Bundy tube are putted on the fixed mold, put them in the machine for wire welding. as pictures:

3.Bend the shaped wire tubes, fold them into layers, then fix them, install the bracket, and then fix the fan. as pictures:

4.Weld the copper pipes, do water inspection,transmit the wire tubes on electrophoresis, cleaning, drying, painting. as pictures:

5.Repair the place where is no painted, install the rubber sleeve, and then inflate and maintain the pressure, as pictures:
