What is the thermostat?

Thermostat controller is one of our main product, it's very small spare part, but it's have a important usage in the electronic appliances. Our thermostat factory established in 2004, factory area is 5000 square meters, have 105 workers, We already became a professional manufacture of thermostat. Our product have been obtained many certificate,  such as CE, ROSH, VED, TUV, CB. ....ect, and we can print the certificate on the body of the thermostat.

Temperature automatic control for removing frost  and for protecting the frozen rupture in the cold  storage or freezing systems with temperature protect thermal cut off. Easy to install at the small or narrow space slim shape -Small size with high contacting capacitance. Available waterproof and dustproof types with welding vinyl tube on the parts.

Regarding install an electronic thermostat, actually it’s very easily. When making new air conditioner or freezer need to install the electronic thermostat, you can reference below：

(1) Remove the drawers and shelves from the freezer and remove the screws from the evaporator cover at the back of the freezer, pull the evaporator cover out of the freezer and cut the thermostat wires.

(2) Clip the new electronic thermostat onto the evaporator and contact the wires.

(3) Put the evaporator cover on the back wall and reinstall the mounting screws.

(4) Reinstall the evaporator cover gasket and the drawers and shelves inside the freezer cabinet and the evaporator cover.

(5) Reinstall the evaporator cover gasket.

(6) Then after contact the power, it will be ok.
