Roll bond evaporators are widely used for refrigerator and freezers and other refrigeration equipments. It is made of 2 aluminium plates which are assembled by a rolling process, and pressurizing the panel to creat the channels.
There are three types, Single side flat roll bond evaporator, double side roll bond evaporator, partial side roll bond evaporator. The end of inlet outlet tubes are joined with copper tube, which is easy to connect with the whole refrigeration systems, surface is painted with plastic powder.
