What is the wire tube condenser?

The refrigerator condenser is mainly have three type: Louver condenser,wire tube condenser and internal-mounted condenser.

The wire tube condenser is made of bundy tubes and steel wire tubes, it is to increase the heat dissipation area. Generally, the diameter of a bundy tube is 5-6 mm, the steel wire tube diameter is about 1.5 mm, and the steel wires pitch is about 4-5 mm. the heat tansfer efficiency of wire tube condenser is better than louver condenser, and its strength and rigidity are also better.

    1) : Rolling welded steel tube : O.Dφ4.76mm~O.Dφ6.35mm,wall thickness 0.71mm

    2) : Bracket : steel plate (SPCC0 ,Thickness : 0.6-2.0mm

  2)Inner cleanness can meet the requirement of CFC &R134a cooling system.
  3)Can satisfy the cooling capability requirements.
