Now let me introduce Fiberglass Insulation Flexible Duct for you.Generally the fiberglass insulated flexible duct is made of aluminum foil jacket,fiberglass and inner aluminum foil duct. So there are three parts:

1. inner : double layer aluminum flexible duct；

2. Insulation: thickness 25mm, 16KG/m3 yellow or pink  fiberglass；

3. Outer Jacket: Aluminum + polyester；

For outer jacket, what we use now is reinforced aluminum foil jacket which is more stronger and not easy to tear out. We will show one picture for your reference.

For fiberglass, you can see that there are usually two colors according to the above pictures, pink and yellow. The yellow fiberglass is usually made in China and has no UL certificate while the pink fiberglass is OVENS brand and has UL certificate.Besides, Ovens fiberglass has many advantages, such as flame retardant, corrosion resistant, small bulk density, low thermal conductivity, strong chemical stability and low moisture absorption. So the price of pink fiberglass is higher than yellow fiberglass. If our customer need UL certificate, we can recommend pink fiberglass for them.

For inner aluminum foil duct,it is black pet duct.In order to strengthen its toughness, we add its thickness and improve its production process, so pls kindly believe that our inner aluminum foil duct is very strong and is difficulty to tear it out.
