RUBBER INSULATION PIPE

Today I want to introduce rubber insulation pipe to you, thermal insulation pipe uses NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) as main raw material for foaming and become a fully closed cell of flexible rubber insulation materials, without any fiber materials, HCHO and CFCs which are bad for the ozonosphere. It is black material with excellent product performance, they are widely used in various public places, industrial workshop, clean room and medical education institutions, petrochemical industry, etc.

We have our own brands: RETEKOOL, TOPLON, WDF-FLEX, AND DUROS.

And have got ROHS, MSDS, REACH certificates.

The insulation pipe's main function are heat preservation, heat insulation and anti-corrosion

Widely used in Urban heating, HVAC and Construction industries

As usual, The ID of pipe is from 6mm to 89mm, the thickness is 6mm, 9mm, 13mm, 19mm and 25mm, and the length usually is 1.8meter or 2meter.

In order to meet the needs of various markets, we have developed 2 type quality

One is high quality, one is general quality.  The difference is thickness.  For example , as to thickness 9mm tube, high quality level is standard 9mm. For general quality, the thickness is about 8~8.5mm.Usually high quality level are hot sales in North and South American markets, General quality are sold well in Africa, Southeast Asia and Middle East.

The density is same, it is between 65-75, strong hardness, not easy to be damage, we can produce higher density too, we have special customer require high density with UV. The surface of our products is smooth and beautiful in appearance,About burning performance, our products meet the requirements of Class B1,this is international standard

About the printing on tubes, it is important, we can print information, like size in inch or in mm, your brand name, made in china and so on. if you like RETEKOOL or TOPLON

Except the regular black color, Colorful tube also can be made. Such as Red, Blue...

As to package, Except our own brand package, we also can make beautiful design for our clients. You can tell us your thoughts about package design, we can help to make the design for you.
