What is Roll Bond Evaporator?

 Our Roll bond evaporator, The most time, we call it as refrigerator evaporator, because we installed it inside refrigerator,freezer,etc to exchange the air between inside and outside of refrigerator.  

     Now, Our roll bond evaporator, also can be used as solar too.  

We connect with heat pump to absorb the heating, then exchange it.  

The advantage of an roll bond evaporator is that it is easy to process, but the disadvantage is that it is not very stable. The evaporator is a very important component in the four major parts of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensing "liquid" body passes through the evaporator to exchange heat with the outside air, and "gas" absorbs heat to achieve the cooling effect. It is mainly composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber supplies the liquid with the heat required for evaporation, causing the liquid to boil and vaporize; the evaporation chamber completely separates the gas-liquid two phases. The vapor generated in the heating chamber is filled with a large amount of liquid foam, and after reaching the evaporation chamber of a large space, the liquid is separated from the vapor by the action of its own coagulation or demister.

When we produce roll bond evaporator, the first step, we have to cut the Aluminum sheet  according to drawing size, then we rough one side of aluminum sheet for easy to print the channel on sheet. After we print it. we put two pcs sheet together, then we put the Aluminum sheet inside our heating machine, the highest degree should be 200degree around, to make the Aluminum soft and longer it.  if the sheet is not longer enough, we have to put it inside our cooling machine again, after that, our workers take the sheet to blow it, and make sure the length and width must be the same as drawing again, then welding with copper and aluminum tube. After all of these step, we test it by water and painting it.  And before package. For ensure every pcs of roll bond evaporator without any leaking, we test it by gauge again, and put it at our warehouse with 48hours, if there are not any problem,. then we packed it by wooden case or carton. 

By the way, For Copper+Aluminum tube, we also have our own plant to do it.  

We weld together the Copper tube and Aluminum tube by our machine, and the shortest copper tube have to be 70cm.
