Wire Tube Condenser Performance and Composition Process

The main materials of the wire on tube condenser include:Bundy tube: the ID Ø 4.76 mm, Ø 6 mm , Ø 6.35 mm , Ø 8 mm, Ø 9.52 mm, The wall thickness from 0.6 mm-0.7mm.The low carbon steel wire Ø 1.0 mm-1.6 mm.The bracket: Steel plate(SPCC), thickness 0.6 mm-1.5 mm.The Steel plate: SPCC thickness 0.3 mm-0.4mm.

 

There are mainly three types of structure of the wire and tube condenser. The first one is the bending or spiral type of wire on tube condenser used at the bottom, the second is the flat type of wire on tube condenser used at the back, and the third is wrapped type of tube embed on plate, The main winding process includes: 1. The material handling, the bundy tube straightening  and cutting, tube bending.2. Putting wires, welded with steel wires and bundy tube.3. Fixing the bracket.4. Bending, install, overlaying welding.5. Remove the cap, welding copper tube.6. Nitrogen leakage test.7. Blowing impurity, hang on the electrophoresis line.8. Coating process.9. Dehydrated dry, baking & curing, putting cap.10. Nitrogen filling pressure .11. Folding or bending
