I believe that when you go to the market or have a meal in a restaurant, you will notice that there is a black object on the back of the freezer, it is composed of many "U" type wires.This is our wire tube condenser, which is an important member of refrigerator.
Steel wire coil condenser is also known as wire tube condenser. Its snake coil is welded by coil welding of thin steel plate coated with copper. Steel wire with a diameter of 1.5~2mm is uniformly welded on both sides of the coil to dissipate heat, as shown in the following figure.
This condenser has the advantages of small volume, light weight, good heat dissipation effect and easy to do mechanized production. The following is the production process of wire tube condenser.
